We are delighted with the whole process. I did order a sample order to see & touch the fans & we were all Very excited with the quality and because they came so quickly we can add our own personal touches to them. I returned the fans back to you due to poor quality and was very disappointed that I was charged a restocking fee of 15% and $30 for UPS return fee, although I returned the product within three days of purchasing it. I will never order from favor favor again and will write on your web-site stating to that fact.
