My son's wedding will be held at the end of September. It will be held in an outdoor parklike setting and most likely be very warm. The sandalwood fans are a great favor and will most likely be used during the outdoor ceremony. All fans were in great condition when received, the personalized stickers attached well and looked nice. A perfect gift for the guests.

These fans are really great value for what they are. For a hot, Summer wedding, they were a small token that the guests really appreciated having.
PROS:
-nice woody scent
-decent quality (slightly thin and delicate, but that's to be expected. Had zero issues with any breaking during the wedding)
-intricate design looked beautiful, definitely did not look cheap
-personalized stickers were included
-great price!
CONS:
-a couple fans were broken or missing the tassel upon arrival (but out of 200 fans, only 3 were broken, which was no big deal)
-about half of them had a SLIGHTLY different design than what is pictured (the only reason this is a con is because the other design had another hole lower on the handle, so the sticker went over it and it slightly obscured the wedding date)
All in all, YES I WOULD RECOMMEND these fans. As a last minute idea, they arrived very quickly (less than a week) and they proved to be a welcome surprise to guests (who kept them in hand throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and some of the reception as well -- most even taken home for later use).

Fans were very nice, but some came with a extra little cut out & when we put on our name labels it went over the cut out, looks a little weird. Also our personalized names came with some elses name on it & their date.. but the lady at customer service was wonderful and took care of the mistake!

Maybe I didn't read the description clearly, but I interpreted the words "carved personalized" as that the engraving would be printed on the fans and not stickers to be applied to 400 fans.
