I was very excited when I ordered the Personalized Hershey's Chocolate Bars as my wedding favors. Loved all the great colors & designs offered. After receiving them I was slightly let down in regards to how they were packaged. They were loosely packaged in flimsy plastic bags, roughly 30-35 bars per bag & I worry that a lot of them will be broken because they were not packaged more securely. The color & design was perfect, very well represented in the online photos, but the font seemed small & hard to read. Also I assumed the bars would be the size of a full-size Hershey bar, yet they seemed thinner, again making me worried that the loose packaging left more than a few damaged. As for shipping time, it was very prompt & I received the order much sooner than expected.

the front is very cute, exactly as we asked for, but when you turn it over to read the back its upside down so you have to flip it over to read it. shipping in my area was listed as "2 days" after 5 days i emailed the company only to find out that they would be shipped out THAT day, when i was already expecting to have them. although i want more favors im going to order the additional ones from somewhere else. btw, not even so much as an "im sorry" when i had to inquire where my order was

First, you will see that the Availability shows that the item ships in 2-6 business days. Second, if you click on the transit map - this is where you saw that the UPS transit time (once the order is shipped) is 2 business days. On the transit time popup, in red letters, we say that "Transit times do not include order processing time."
